single beds tiny bathroom
i liked breakfast that included great options.
the family room was a little disappointment. two single beds was in it stuffed into the room. the bathroom lacked space to place toiletries i think and was so tiny. the view overlooked the carpark with bins and the bins made noise starting at 5:30am.

rude manager substandard food
the room was acceptable and seemed clean enough.
the bar manager was rude. i also discovered that the restaurant food did not live up to the hotel's star rating.

limited hours treadmill access
the beautiful king room was adequately appointed. it was fine (i guess).
the gym hours are severely limited . leisure centre members seemingly enjoy exclusive use outside those hours. this policy hardly benefits guests, especially those staying only one night, as i did. the leisure centre hours are clearly prioritized for members, a shame because i wanted to use the treadmill.
